Pascal Marcel Dreier is an artist and academic researcher living and working in London, UK. His research interests include more-than-human ecology, mourning, activism, as well as epistemologies of art. His practice is research-based and multi-disciplinary. Before arriving at Goldsmiths, University of London, in 2021, Pascal studied Cross-Disciplinary Strategies, Visual Communication, Film, and Media Theory at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and the University of Design Schwäbisch Gmünd and completed his MFA with distinction at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne.
In 2022, Pascal co-founded the non-governmental organisation TRACES – Studio for Creative Investigation in Berlin, which uses methods of investigative aesthetics to uncover hidden structures, crimes, and overall practices of the animal industry.
