Being an astrophysicist by training, I have excellent analytical skills, understanding of numbers and programming skills. I am striving for constant improvement and innovation, which explains my switch to Science Policy, where I conducted interdisciplinary and qualitative research on how the scientific system and its incentives can be made more efficient. I can adapt quickly to new environments, have a strategic mindset and value clear & transparent communication.
