Computational Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Artificial Intelligence

Born in Hamburg, Germany, completed a BSc in Cognitive Science at the University of Osnabrück and an MSc in Neuroscience at the Albert-Ludwigs University Freiburg. Now pursuing my PhD in Computational Neuroscience at the Max-Planck-Institute for Brain Research in Frankfurt.

Offering

I am generally interested in listening to and stress-testing new ideas. I'd also be open to collaborative writing, either as a team or as an adversarial collaboration. Furthermore, I have domain specific expertise in the fields of (computational) neuroscience and cognitive science and would be happy to discuss or explain questions with potential relevance for Global Priority Research (Neuroscience of Pain etc.).

Looking for

An ideal EA Global would include inspiring conversations in which I learn either new facts or new concepts that affect how I make decisions in my life and allow me to increase my positive impact on the world. In addition, I would enjoy stress-testing some of my ideas to discover flaws or limitations and to gage community interest for potential blog posts.
