Looking for

Make my current career strategy of "learning stuff about China" a bit more concrete.
Helping to figure out some uncertainties:
- what types of skills would be most important as Europe-based "China expert"?
- To what extent or when should I delve into a specific cause area as opposed to learning general skills in the China / international politics area?
- I am student in a Humanities degree. How important is it to gain some more mathy skills as well? What would be a good way to go about it if I want to? Is a minor in Computer Science more useful than a semester abroad in China to expand my language skills?

Cause Areas

  • AI strategy & policy
  • Improving institutional decision making
  • Global coordination & peace-building
