Tristan Katz

PhD student

I am a PhD student at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, looking (philosophically) at the implications of wild animal suffering for wildlife management and conservation.

I am originally from Wellington, New Zealand, and previously worked in research-ethics at the NZ Ministry of Health.

In my spare time I'm keen on all things outdoors: hiking, camping, climbing, kayaking, swimming skiing....etc etc

Offering

I can try to help people understand animal ethics better.

I can give advice for those needing ethics approval to conduct health research.
