Alternative proteins
I graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Waterloo in 2020. I am now working as a Food Production Research Engineer at Rebellyous Foods, a plant-based chicken startup in Seattle, where I am designing new equipment and processes to make plant-based meat manufacturing cheaper and more efficient. I am also co-running the EA and One For The World chapters at the University of Waterloo as well as am the Research Team Lead for The Stanford Alt. Protein Project.
