Offering

Provide advice and ideas on growing and running a university group.

Provide insight on what it's like to run a group where EA isn't very present.

Always happy to discuss what helps increase the motivation and engagement of fellow organizers and group members.

Can act as a brainstorming partner to develop new or counter-intuitive ideas for groups or even individuals.

I would also love to hear about hobbies and hear people get passionate! If you like games, stories, art, or anything for that matter, I'd love to hear about it and have a friendly discussion.

Looking for

Discussions about best practices to make sure my university group grows and is self-maintaining after I step down (successor process).

Job or internship opportunities for undergraduate students.

Strategies on how to keep motivated and stepping out of one's comfort zone, as well as how to apply strategies for groups as well.

Tips on making fun and engaging activities for group members who might be going through tough days or lots of work.

I'm curious about best practices to convey Effective Altruism to new societies where it has little to no presence.
